Dear User, your access to the Insite website and the utilization of our specialized services—including Web Design, Content Creation, Photography, and Brand Strategy—signifies your full awareness and acceptance of our interactive terms. To protect the rights of both parties, please read the following carefully.
General Rules & Regulations: Insite’s activities comply with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, E-commerce Law, and Consumer Rights Protection Law. Any changes to Insite’s operational procedures will be updated on this page.
Request Submission & Electronic Contract: Placing an order on the Insite website constitutes a formal request to initiate collaboration. Final approval of the pro-forma invoice or online payment is considered a formal contract between the parties.
Information Accuracy: The user is responsible for providing accurate contact details and business specifications. Insite is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of this information.
Project Execution Process and Delivery of Outputs
Step-by-Step Approval: In web design and content creation projects, progress is made incrementally (e.g., approval of wireframes or scripts). Approval of each stage by the user signifies the finalization of that specific section.
Intellectual Property (IP) Rights: All material and intellectual property rights of the produced works (programming codes, visual files, and editing) will be transferred to the client upon final settlement, as per the contract.
Review & Revision: The number of free revisions is specified in the description of each service; requests beyond the initial scope will be subject to additional charges.
Order Cancellation & Refunds: Due to the “time-sensitive” and “customized” nature of the services (such as photography bookings or coding initiation), if a user withdraws after the execution phase has begun, incurred costs up to that stage will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Comments & Community Interaction: Insite provides a platform for exchanging ideas and sharing your experiences.
